Sweaty Back after Exercise?

An easy way to deal with a sweaty back after exercising.

Hairdryer, Hair Dryer, Device, Budget, Home Appliance

If you get home from a walk, from cycling, running and so on, you can get a sweaty back and once home you can get “chilled” from having a wet back int he cooler weather.

I am a single man (Divorced), but when my daughters left home they left 2 hairdryers, and I use them on the hot setting to dry my back and if I am wearing a singlet or T-Shirt.
I am one of those people who if I have a shower immediately when I get home from a run or cycling I need about 5-10 minutes to cool down before a shower or else, if I shower as soon as I get home I continue sweating after I get out of the shower.
So I prefer to cool down first and then shower, and to remove the sweat from my back and even other areas, like shoulders etc, I use the hairdryer and it works very well.

The hair dryer on hot mode is very effective, warm, and removes all the sweat.

I would also guess that the heat from the hairdryer is good for the muscles on the back, or if applied to an area where a muscle has been hurt while out exercising.
You could apply the heat while massaging the sore area.
So that is a tip for those who want to cool down and not get a back chill after getting home from some exercising.
I have been doing this for about 5-6 years now and it works well for me, so maybe it can work for you as well.

Just be a bit careful as hairdryers can get very hot, so don’t hold it to close to your skin.
