A Leap In Faith is like standing at a cliff edge where you can see over the cliff and the fall is rocky and scary. In front of you is a mist that you cannot see through. And on the other side of that mist is someone that you love (God) who is calling to you to jump across to them because they say that the jump is only small and once through the mist you will land on solid ground.
Everything around you that you see and know shows that this is stepping into the unknown because nothings shows you What is beyond the mist. You must sometimes in your life take a leap of faith and have a go. All great people do this and they do it because they know that the rest of the world won’t take these leaps of faith, instead the masses will stay home, watch TV or see a movie, or socialize with friends and miss all the opportunities of life.
Believe me, your life is a garden of opportunities, genuine fun times, and growth.
In order for you to be able to get to the other side you need to ‘Take A Leap In Faith!”
On the other side of fear is your future. It is like a coin, one side is heads and the other tails. One side fear the other the results of good courage, a better life.
This is what we need to do with God when God sends us to things unknown. With each leap in faith our courage and confidence grows.
Step forward to new things:
2 Corinthians Chapter 5, verse 17:
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
James Chapter 2, verses 23:
And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
God is with you in everything, so believe and that will certainly change your life for the better.
