Known as Glutamine or L-Glutamine is an Amino acid that the body can produce small amounts of, and stores it. L-Glutamine is good for the Immune System.
Also said to be good for building muscle, burning fat, losing weight, and is know to help repair and heal the gut.
Also known for helping repair “Leaky-Gut”. Leaky Gut can cause all sorts of issues in the human body. So if a person has digestive issues then taking regular L-Glutamine should help.
2 to 5 grams is good twice a day. The container I have states 5g 1 to 3 times daily with water. The taste is not that great, but I discovered that if I mix the powder with a small amount of water and drink it fast its fine. If the taste lingers and you don’t like it then just drink something more tasty after you have your L-Glutamine.
My container of L-Glutamine has a small 5 gram scoop, and that makes it easy to get the correct amount I need.
