Teach Your Child To Be Silent and to Relax.

There are many things to keep your child occupied, and most of them cause much Brain Noise. There are family members, brothers and sisters to play with, other children as well. There are many forms of games, electrical, physical, boards games etc. There are many forms of entertainment like television, and movies. it is no wonder the children today seem “rushed” and don’t often know how to relax very well.

Silence is needed for our children to think. We all think, debate and organise our day through silence times with thought. If your mind is clouded with activity, noise and visions there is not much room for additional thought.

If you have a child that loves to be social and talks a lot then you may need to teach that child how to sit down and be silent. If your child is used to being constantly busy then he or she will have some trouble adjusting to the restful quiet life that you want the child to have. This book teaches you, the teenager or adult to become silent and learn to use your instincts and we want to teach people how to think again. This is also a good thing to teach your own children.

Not only will your child learn to hear himself think, but you will gain immensely from this as well. A calm child is so much easier to deal with and love than a hyperactive constantly on the move child. If you have recently had a baby consider thinking seriously about what it is that you will need to do to help your new child become a calm loving child.

This is not about disciplining your child, although a direct positive result of teaching your child to “slow down” and become calmer and learn how to “listen” to his own mind, is that your child will become a better thinker, more helpful and a child that doesn’t need much discipline at all.
