The Sweetness of Being a Woman

The Sweetness Of Being Female

Somehow the image of woman being sweet seems natural to males to believe or to want to believe in. Unless a male has been severely mistreated by a female as a child then he would normally see woman as sweet in nature or even as the myth that females are “angels”. An amazingly strange myth has come about stating that females are angels in nature and in soul. Maybe it came from woman giving birth and therefore seemingly to be the real saviours of humankind.

If a male is to see a woman as sweet as seems to be common then he will grow up to be somewhat disappointed at his misbelief that his future wife will be naturally sweet and act like an angle. There are woman who know that males see woman like this and these woman will “play on this” and use it to their advantage.

He will be disappointed not because woman are not nice, kind, good etc. But because a woman cannot live up to the reputation of being sweet as perfection can be, or an angel. My imagination sees an angel as being something very, very wonderful and possibly something perfect, maybe a being without fault or blame of any sort. An angel is supposed to work for God in a very dedicated way. To be an angel for any man or woman would be some task, but to believe that all or just any woman could be an angel is pure folly. To believe that a woman is sweet as nice can be is also pure folly.

Some of these myths come from the fairy tales like Snow White which give the impression that a female can be this lovely sweet woman-child who can be mentally hurt, but is clearly motivated to think only good and only be good.

Once the male becomes interested in females he will hope that she will be that sweet angel that he dreamed of as a child or young teenager. Once he “falls in love” (and with the young it is hard to know what love is or what is infatuation) with some young lady his heart will take over and inform him that here she is, his mind will effectively go to sleep at least while she is around or whenever he thinks of her.

And as he gets to know her he will come to realise that she is a female just like his sisters or other females that he know or has known in the past, She is human and she is not perfect and she make mistakes like the rest of us. if she becomes demanding and selfish he will be rudely awakened to the fact that she is not the woman of his dreams.

If their relationship becomes crude or she acts unfairly to him, their children, or to other people, he will finally come to the conclusion that he made a big mistake. Maybe he will feel that she is a “one in a million” mistake and that he will go out and find another (most likely like the girl he just left), if he still feels that woman are sweet mythical angels then the same thing will occur.
Maturity is understanding things as they are no matter how unpleasant, and also being able to see the good and wonder of a good mature marriage.

Maybe he will be react so negatively that he will come to despise females and not care about them from that time onwards – this happens more often that you may believe. How he reacts will come down to the type of person that he is at the time.

The blame for these thoughts can not be put on woman alone, the movie industry along with fairy tales and books have created a female image that woman find hard to keep up with.

I have met many woman who want to be seen as a sweet angel. These woman are victims of the same thinking and the sooner that they realise that they are human being just like males the better for their lives and th lives of their family.
