The actual feeling of helping others, especially friends is so natural that it comes without thought or hesitation to a wonderful soul.
The offer is made to help, the action taken, the though instant and complete.
We love our “chosen friends”, we want the best for them, and it gives us a deep feeling of pleasure to be the one to help them, and to do them well, and make them happy.
Such is the way of those who are faithful and a treasure and blessing.

The only hangup is that sometimes we give to those who take advantage of us.
The secret here is to move from the life-suckers and “takers” and be with the people of worth who will give back as much as we give to them.

Giving is a wonderful thing in life, it needs to be weighed evenly with receiving. In good company they give as much as we give, the love is equal, the feelings of compassion the feelings are mutual.

When the relationship is not mutual/even/equal the giver is always the one who has the love drained from them, and is suffering physically and spiritually, and this is seen in mental illness and physical illness.
This is why we need to look after ourselves, and to be in the presence of people who have a respect and care for one another that is equal to our respect and care for them. Our health and spiritual well being will be obvious, we will be confident, smile, be outgoing, fear nothing, be competent and courageous.
