If the person does not love his or her self then they are not complete.

A person can love other people and care for other people. This person could even dedicate their life to loving and caring for other people. But if the person does not love his or her self then they are not complete.
A person who loves and cares for someone else will be good to that person. They will encourage that person and they will do loving and kind things to and for that person. This is what love is.
Do you love others and treat them nicer than you treat yourself?
A person who loves others and forgives them for the wrongs that they have done will also talk to the other person in a respectable caring manner.
Do you speak to yourself in a loving respectable manner?
A person who loves and cares for others will also help them make choices that will improve their life and future.
Do you make those types of choices for yourself?
If a person has guilt and has trouble forgiving themself then a person who loves them and wants the best for that person will show them that forgiveness cures their heart and soul and opens the door for friendships and opportunities that they once thought that they didn’t deserve.
Have you forgiven yourself for the past?
Are you turning down wonderful offers because you believe that you don’t deserve them?
Are you limiting your future happiness because you are hurt by what you did wrong in the past?
God forgave you for every wrong you ever committed. God knows that you were lost and confused by evil. God wants to now give you what you deserve, especially if you have been trying to be a better person after so many years of self-improvement. God wants you to bless Him by allowing Him to freely show you His love for you.
We must forgive ourselves so that we can open up our future to better things.
Forget logic.
Forget common sense as society has taught you.
Forget what people say.
Push out negative thoughts that make you feel guilty.
You do not deserve to suffer all your life for some mistakes done in the past.
You have now changed.
Keep changing for the better.
Accept humbly the gifts and blessings from God above in your life.
Life will get much better and you will come to understand yourself and why you did the things that you did in the past once you know that there is this innocent child in you that wants to be released and loved. That innocent child is the real you.
All the best from James M Sandbrook.
