Sometimes the world seems so lonely, even with many people all around us.

Sometimes the world seems so lonely, even with many people all around us. At times like that we may feel that people don’t want us around, don’t love us or need us. And it can seem like we are not worthy, not needed, and that we are alone.

Your value and self worth is not measured in how much other people appreciate you or want you around. Your value is within you, what you think, what you love, who you are, and what you want in the world.

I found out that at the most trying times of my life the more that I reached out the more that people appreciated this effort from my heart and soul.
Even when haters created lies and stories about me that were not true, when they tried to hurt me and bring me down, I just kept reaching out to others, others who wanted and needed a helping hand, and they appreciated me and felt blessed by my life and that in turn made me feel appreciated, worthy and useful. This lifted me up and gave me hope again.

Some people, due to their toxic nature, can be very cruel, but we don’t have to be like them. We can retaliate as they attacked, or we can be kind, helpful and show them another way, and they may change for the better for having known you – the choice is theirs, you just be the wonderful soul that you are, be the best that you can be, and no one cal ask more of you.

Please be the wonderful soul that you were born to be, just let that natural kindness, charity, love and friendship touch other peoples’ lives and you will be heavily rewarded with good, honest true friends. Some people don’t appreciate kindness, that is a reflection of the hurt and sadness within them, they will hopefully see the wonder that is you and will appreciate the magic and goodness that you are spreading in the world.

Be yourself and the right people, people of like-mind will be attracted to you. They will be your true family, friends, and your tribe! You will never feel lonely again, just blessed.

All the best from
James M Sandbrook.
