Status quo is a Latin term meaning the existing state of affairs. It is a commonly used form of the original Latin “status quo” – literally “the state in which”. To maintain the status quo is to keep the things the way they presently are.

To stay with the current situation is to not have change. To want change and still do the same things, will make your desire for change hopeless. To change we must do things that will bring change about.

Those who change the world do not accept the dishonest current state of affairs and by doing that they open their minds up to all sorts of new and exciting possibilities.
These people are pioneers and adventurers who are courageous step forth and make changes that affect everyone mostly for the better.
