Use your computer or anther phone to go to https://findmymobile.samsung.com

Log in. And while you have the phone that you want to unlock in front of you and switched on, navigate on your computer or another phone to Unlock Phone and they will locate your phone.

Once your phone is located click on Unlock Phone and thats it.
