The DM 7408 is a quad 2 input AND gate
IC.
As you can see in Fig .9. there are 4
AND gates inside this integrated circuit.
Pin 14 is + Vcc (5 volts) and pin 7 is
Ground.
The maker of this IC has combined all
these AND gates into a single package.
This concludes lesson 1.
Lesson 2 will cover more digital gates
and information about those gates.
