When gossipers and troublemakers go up to you to lie to you about other people, they think:
- That you are gullible because you are going to believe them without real evidence.
- That you are so easily-fooled that you won’t ask the victim if the gossip is true.
- That you are so foolish to listen to them in the first place.
- They think that your mind is weak, that you are weak-minded.
- They don’t respect you or they wouldn’t even consider lying to you.
- They think that you are a sucker for tales that they make up.
- They see you as a tool for their attempts to destroy someone else’s public character.
- You are easy to use and abuse for their purposes.
- They don’t really like you or respect you.
Wake up people please. Get the facts behind gossip.

Just because family, or friends, or a casual acquaintance told you something, that doesn’t make it true.
Even TV, radio and newspaper get it wrong every now and then, and they exaggerate often.

Please get your facts right before you believe peoples tales.
Please don’t let people fill your mind with wild-imaginings
– their only aim is to hurt and maim peoples lives with their devilish stories.
