 The Holy Coat:
This is said to be the seamless garment that Jesus wore according to the book of John:

John chapter 19, verse 23 Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout. They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did.

As with other "Holy items" there are mysteries abound and here we have no change. The Cathedral of Trier and the parish church at Argenteuil both claim to have this holy item. We have no real idea of whether this item really exists today but the mystery and wonder of all things belonging to Christian history or Jesus are to be sought after and to catch even a small glimpse of such as item is important to some.

The Trier tradition has it that they got their Holy Coat off Empress St. Helena. The tradition of Argenteuil claims that the Holy Coat was brought there by Charlemagne himself. There are some that make positive claims in either case, claiming that the Holy Coat that they hold is the true item.
