Wisdom

If there is anything in life that a person should strive for it is wisdom.

Wisdom is gained from Life Experiences, from learning, gaining knowledge, and the result is good judgment.

If the goal is a life we will feel good about, and a life where we feel good about ourself, then we need to make good judgments that will bring this about.

Poor choices mean suffering, unhappiness regrets, a dislike of self, low confidence and little courage.

To have that life, that Garden of Eden, that joy of living, and happiness that is the journey we must be wise.

Wisdom, sapience, or sagacity is the ability to think and act using knowledge, experience, understanding, common sense and insight.

Wisdom is associated with attributes such as unbiased judgment, compassion, experiential self-knowledge, self-transcendence and non-attachment, and virtues such as ethics and benevolence.

Wisdom has been defined in many different ways, including several distinct approaches to assess the characteristics attributed to wisdom.

If we strive for the basic meaning of wisdom, to be wise, we need to have an attitude of wanting to learn without prejudice, and to gain knowledge and experiences that will further our intelligence and love for all living things.
