How to "Unjam" a battery operated Brad Nail Gun - Nordic.
I have had this Brad Nail Gun for a while, finally it jammed. Here is how I got the broken Brad Staple out and got the Brad Nail Gun working again. The thing to do first is to remove the battery so that you don’t accidentally fire the gun.

Image 1 shows a Brad Nail Staple stuck in the end of the gun. My guess is that the wood was too hard and the staple too long, whatever the case it jammed. I found an Allen Key tool that fit the bolts holding the top-unit (Driver-Cover, Driver-Cover-Guide) in place, as is seen in Image 2, and I used the Allen Key to remove these two bolts.

Also, as can be seen in Image 3, I removed two more bolts further up. This may differ depending on the type of Brad Nail Gun you are using. Image 4 shows the unit removed from the Brad Nail Gun with the jammed staple still in place. The staples behind cannot get past the jammed staple. I would assume this is the exact same way to remove a jammed Brad Nail.

In Image 5 I removed the broken staple that was jamming the Brad Gun (it came out easily) and I bolted the cover back on the Brad Gun as is seen in Image 6.

I then got a scrap piece of wood and tried the Brad nail Gun again with another staple and it words fine. Seen in Image 7.
Hope this helps!
