When fear is the most powerful feeling in a person’s mind nothing will get done, and nothing will be achieved.
If a stronger emotion overtakes the feeling of fear then finally things can change. Feelings of hope, desire, excitement, adventure etc are like emotional engines that drive people forward to having a go, and especially helps them have the courage to chase their dreams and follow their heart.
Fear can still be with us, but it becomes a constructive fear (as fear is supposed to be) and is useful for making us careful, but not so frightened that we won’t try.
For instance fear can help you constructively prepare for something. Firefighters must prepare before they go into a burning building. If they fear being burnt or losing the life of a friend they will take extra precautions to ensure safety add best as they can.
You should prepare if you are going to climb a tree to save a kitten. You don’t want to fall, so you must do this the right way with a safe sturdy ladder etc.
Your car is prepared for a long car trip by a mechanic or you giving the car a check up. And you may have some worries about the weather etc, but your fears shouldn’t terrify you so much that you won’t try, or that you refuse to leave the home in rainy weather.
Fear has its place and a useful tool. Exaggerated fear is pointless as it defeats our life and takes away our hopes and dreams and leaves us living the life of anxiety.
Facing fears is a wonderful thing to do. Most times we can come to an understanding within ourselves that the car is nothing to worry about.

Face your fears so that you become used to them, then finally you can live with the fear around you, or not react as you used to do when faced with the fear. Courage makes things better.
