If we stick with God’s Will then God will protect us

If we stick with God’s Will then God will protect us, fellowship with us, be with us in all things that we do because they will be good things that we do, and they will be unselfish things and caring. Other people will gain from our kind efforts, this is God’s ways.
But when we turn from God to do bad things then we should be wise enough to realise that God cannot help us to hurt people and do b
ad things.
Also God will not help us hurt ourselves, this even includes self abuse like alcohol and drug abuse. It is wrong for us to choose to do something wrong and realistically expect God to help us. Put yourself in God’s position where He is trying to take you away from the sins of the past to a new better future formed by God. What would you have God do? You would want God to protect you and help make you spiritually strong? Being spiritually strong is the opposite to physically addicted to worldly lusts, alcohol, drug abuses and such.
God wants to lead you away from the past ways to new ways that are closer to who God is and further from where you once were which was closer to where Satan is mentally. We need to really think about our fellowship with God. If we try with an honest heart we will see that God’s love is based on caring and really wanting the best for you. Consider all future choices and options carefully.
As many have found out in the past, December is a time when many celebrations are about and many people get hurt and then the next year they just go straight out and do the same thing. We were born to be thinkers and not foolish repeating the past over and over again and then calling it fun. There is no fun feeling sad about those that we have lost in car accidents, or months getting over injuries and other sad occasions that come up from abuses of drugs and alcohol – look out of the square for your own sake and be a good example for others, especially for young people. Let them know that they, like you, don’t have to follow the crowd.
All the best from James M Sandbrook.
