Why you should marry the person who you love.

I was reading about lady Diana and Prince Charles.
Charles, from the beginning was an insecure man, and he struggled with coping issues and was not that good at standing up to his parents, in particular his mother.

When Charles was to marry Diana he was still in love with Camilla Parker Bowles but everyone wanted a perfect marriage for Charles for their fairy tale thinking and they yearned for him to do as they wished.

So, under pressure from his mother, society, the kingdom, and so on, he wed Diana who was physically the perfect wife, young, pretty, blonde and charming. What many did not know was that she too was suffering mental and insecurity issues herself.

From the very beginning she had to book time to be with her husband because he had so many duties and was always needed for some charity event or out there doing something for others. She was justifiably upset about this.
But Charles was so used to other people running his life and using his time that he had no idea how to do what he wanted to do.

Charles did not have the courage to tell his mother and the world that he loved another woman, a less attractive woman, a woman older than he was, he was wanting to please everyone as he felt that it was his responsibility to do so.

But see, the thing is, is that if you marry the wrong person you will suffer, the person who you love will suffer and the one you married will suffer, everyone suffers and no one is happy.

In the end Diana went her own way and Charles ended up with Camilla anyway.
The lesson is simple, he should have just told everyone that he loved Camilla.
and went off and married her in the first place and a whole lot of suffering and sadness would have been much avoided.

My advice to you is, when you fall in love, don’t judge the other by anything else but your heart, and have the courage to tell everyone to take a leap and go with your heart with the one who you love. Save yourself a whole lot of grief and just be you, do what you want, go where your heart yearns to grow, because this is the most important things for you and the most important person who you want to be with, follow your heart and go get your dreams, and if the rest of the world struggles with it, fine, its not their dream and you two don’t need anyone’s permission to love each other.

Choose love and the rest will work out fine!
