Noting the dysfunction in yourself.

You note that the wild bird, or animal, has no issues with doing what is natural to them. Then don’t doubt their ability to have a family, or feeding them, or sheltering them, or showing them how to be their own species.

Do you doubt yourself and your ability to be a parent, lover, to take on challenges, etc.
Are you prone to anger, bully people, demand that you hadn’t your way, put your job before people’s needs, value money more than people etc.

Do you cut, physically abuse yourself, abuse drugs, self punish, self harm, self hate, gossip, lie for attention, play the victim, demand satisfaction off others, but you are a taker not a giver?

People who are immature are quick to point out others faults, but seldom notice their own faults, addictions, etc.

All the best from James Martin Sandbrook.
