One of the greatest powerful tools that Satan has today is “the crowd”.
Blindly they teach our young, and blindly our young follow them.
They do not follow the ways of Christ or of truth, decency or justice – they believe in their own way and they gather up more and more people as the year rolls on. They tell people to turn away from God.
The crowd is like a flowing stream picking up people along the way and all heading for the same destruction of the spirit, soul and life. All taking the wide road because the leaders of their time guide them to do so. The crowd are taught to be weak followers when young and to look up to their idols with emotional passion and so much so that they will follow their leaders anywhere.
On and on the crowd goes sucking up victims, taking in the lost.
Recently I heard a sermon about those who were genuinely saved and often it is simply the few because the many are lost in their own selfish games and they refuse to listen to God’s people. Sometimes they listen in such cases like in the book of Jonah but in other times they really need some convincing and even then they dive head first to their own suffering fate.
Keep your mind on this problem at all times when you are trying to teach people to believe in Christ and Salvation, but also for your own lives and your own families. Christians were not designed (all things become new) to be easy victims like the rest of the world, so stay strong and fight the good fight. If in doubt don’t do it.
All the best from James M Sandbrook.
