Magnus X Gloves
I wanted some new gloves that I could use for Security work in the cold Winter months and possibly even for cycling, carpentry and using around the home and I found these Magnus X Framer framer gloves.
I have had them for a day and they are very useful.

The Magnus-X Framer is great for the professional who needs dexterity for those precision jobs. Offering a breathable spandex back and velcro wrist strap for a comfortable and secure fit. Special Kevlar double stitching for extra strength, robustness and long life. Reinforced PVC on palm and fingertips to provide excellent non slip grip and durability in high wear areas. Ergonomically shaped with a tailored fit to reduce hand fatigue. The palm patters are specially developed to flex with hand movements

These are strong gloves with 3 fingers exposed to the elements for ease of use (perfect for paperwork on Security patrol and getting Security tags etc).
The palm of the gloves are of a gripping material to help with grip and also hardiness and comfort.
So far I like them very well. They are warm, comfortable.
Also I would liketo mention that you may want to shop around with these. I found these on an auction site in New Zealand for around $57, yet at NZ Safety Blackwoods they are currently only $19.90.
