Sometimes we find that our life will lead to one thing, some event that we must be a part of, something important for our own future and we may not be to keen to do it.
The more time we worry or complain about anything, the more time we have wasted and nothing is gained.

An hour complaining is an hour wasted and gone. Two hours worrying and thinking in fear will be two hours wasted, and time gone that could have been an investment in our future in a more positive way.
I just got an image in my mind of a person in a home who has to go do something important (life changing) but he or she is afraid. So they waste 2 hours in fears, worry and panic. That two hours is totally unproductive and simply feeds the fears like a watering can. But if the person had gathered up his or her courage and gone and done what they were supposed to immediately then in ten minutes the whole thing would be over and finished.
The more time that we dwell in worries and fears the more time we guarantee that we won’t have courage. It is the soaking ourself up in fears that makes cowards of us. The reality is that we are not cowards at all. The only way to change is to face our problems, issues and fears and do what it is that we must do.
Every moment of the day is an installment for our future. What we do with each second, each minute, each hour etc will affect our future. If we keep it positive and live with a good attitude then the future will be of hope, dreams, imagination and growth.
Running from what we have to do is counterproductive – instead of getting good results we get the opposite. Many people run from their fears. Fearing what we have to do has results. One result is that fear can help us become prepared. An example is if you need to see a person and you have suspicions then fear will push you to investigate this person as best as you can until you find out if this person is a good person to know or to do business with. Another is that fear will drive you from what you should do (fears are like lies that we conjure up in our own minds) and all it does is waste so much time and take away so much joy in your life. Fear keeps us prisoners in our own homes. fears stop us from enjoying life, and having a productive happy future.
The thing to consider here is that constantly fearing what we must do and running from what seems inevitable is a time waster and is keeping you and I from happiness. We must face what it is that we must do.
We may not be overjoyed about the whole situation, but we can either face things with a goal of success, or failure. Your future rides on how you approach events, people and life.
What must be done, must be done and no amount of avoiding, dodging, and swerving left and right will get us away from some things that we must do.
No one can ask more of a person than the best that the person can give. There is no more that we can give than the best that we have to give. For your own sake and for your own future have a go, give it the best honest effort that you can, and do what it is that you must do.
And keep in mind that what you are doing today will have an affect on your future happiness.
All the best from James M Sandbrook.
