The Process is ‘a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end’.
An easy way to explain it is that if you were to make a cake it would be a process, actions and steps taken to reach the end, to get a well cooked fluffy enjoyable cake to eat.
The Faithful are supposed to first Believe in God, then take steps to remove all the bad habits and doings in their life along with bad influences and the like, and then as this process continues becomes a better well formed soul.
If during this process the person refuses to change something or refused to believe that he or she has bad influences in their life (family, parents etc) then the process stops, it sits in limbo until the person figures out what is wrong and removes it or removes that person’s influence in their own life. Or maybe they are to allow someone into their life who will be very helpful in their healing and progress but they refuse to for some reason, so until they lower their pride or see things as part of the process they stay stuck in time and life does not progress for them.
Like making a cake, if we stop halfway because we don’t have flour then we must go to the shop, get some, come back and continue.
Another point is if you decide with someone to do something (You and God, a friend…) and then you pull out well the process cannot continue until you bring yourself back into the process that the two of you were working on.
The thing is, is that we go through many hard things, many twists and turns in life, but if we trust the process that we are committed to, take the hard road, remove what is not doing us any good (even those we love) and instead learn from the process and develop, then whatever the end was that the process for you was designed for will come about as you originally expected and wanted it to be.

From a spiritual point of view, life is an experience you have accepted to participate in, in order to grow your understanding and expand you consciousness. The end of this experience is not set and you are free at any time to chose in what direction to continue your journey. One might say that final step in this journey would be to reunite with God, but the path taken to get there is not fixed or predetermined, nor are there any general guidelines. Rather this ‘process’ is personal and unique for every person.

Process.
I’ve come across two definitions:
gradual change.
a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end.
If 1 then yes, life is a process.
If 2 then not really, because we are not actually taking any actions or steps to achieve a certain end.
On the contrary, we rather take actions or steps to avoid a particular end. It’s like what David Gale said:
We spend our whole life trying to stop death. Eating, inventing, loving, praying, fighting, killing.
But no matter what actions or steps we take, the end will come to us. It is really a gradual change that will lead us to death.
But one could argue what life really is. Does life start once we are born? And what happens after death? Do we disappear? Buddhists say there is no birth and death. We are simply transforming. Maybe life is as Thich Nhat Hanh says a continuation.

When you know this to be true, you’ll want to experience life and enjoy the process.
You’re unique, and your life has meaning.
No matter who you are, you have something to be grateful for;
you have something to offer other than how many goals you reach.
You have to believe that and honor yourself, your dreams, and who you are.
You are a miracle, so start acting like it.
Time passes quickly, and you only have this one life to live; nothing is worth you wasting that.
I remind myself this whenever I have my head in the clouds or find myself trying to rush to complete something.
We all deserve to experience this life the way we are in this moment, with our full essence and authenticity.
I found a quote from an unknown author that fits perfectly with what I’m saying:
“Breathe, my friend, you are not old.
You are young, you are not a mess, you are normal.
Extraordinary, perhaps. In the blink of an eye, your life will change.
And it will continue to change for decades to come. Enjoy it.
Embrace it…be grateful for the ride. You are not old. You are young. And faith will get you everywhere. Just you wait.”
