One of the fears that we have is “when to move”, meaning when is it that we should spring into action.
This is one of the most scary and yet exciting moments for all of us.
I have some examples that hopefully will inspire you. One thing is that all things “fall into place’. There are so many books out there about people who went for a dream and it all fell miraculously into place and they went for it. Be aware that it takes some time for God to put everyone into their places and into the right frame of mind to make it all happen, but when he does “it will happen!”
The only thing that can stop your dreams coming true is your inaction.
When my daughter Tracy was to go to Wanganui to live and to leave the family home she was rightfully nervous about this big move.
She was going to a city and was going to start a new life etc. She had no job, nowhere to live etc. We all prayed, but I was 100% sure that it was the right thing for her to do. She got there and everything fell together, she had a job, a place to live and it all worked out fine.
Another time for her was going to the U.S.A. A lady at her church said that she was going to the U.S.A and chose 2 girls to go with her and one was Tracy. Tracy rang me about it and I said, “Go for it.” so 3 weeks later she was in the U.S.A and she rang me from Chicago airport thrilled by the start of her 3 month adventure going from church to church on the east side. God made it all fall together.
When my mother was sick last year, my son and I didn’t have the money to get up there before she passed away, but family got together after I prayed about it and it all worked out and we got there in time.
God makes everything fall into place, but you have to be ready and willing to make your own choices. People have told me that the situation all falls together and then family hold them back and stop them from taking the blessing.
Look back on the past and at all the amazing times that God has put things together for you. use the past to excite you, to give you confidence, and to remind you that, “Everything is going to be alright.”
Get this right!
Your walk is between you and God, not family and God, not other people and God, “Just you and God!”
You need to let God know what it is that you want to do. So you decide to do something and you pray about it, and then many things fall into place just how they need to do then pray some more and once satisfied for yourself, that is all the information that you need. The next step is to take a step in the right direction and keep walking without looking back or getting into foolish arguments with people trying to hold you back.
Remember you prayed for this, so go for it. You know that it is your dream because you asked for it, you asked God to show you the way to what is best for you. Our dreams won’t come true if we don’t take a stand and make them happen. God loves it when we do what we have always wanted to do that is good for us and inspired and supported by God.
So go for it.
All the best from
James M Sandbrook.
