The problem with the statement that what existed before God is based on the thoughts of humans that we are the only beings alive in the universe and that God has not created other worlds.
But if we read that again as a human species in a world of many active working worlds in many universes, but currently out of reach of one another then the questions and answers change.
For we now can say that God clearly existed well before we were created on the planet Earth and God existed well before Earth existed.
It is pure pride and vanity that has us deeming that we have the knowledge before we existed or before Earth was created, when in reality we have no clue of any of these things and theories are merely guesswork based on human laws that we have discovered and on human teachings which are limited as they are based on what we currently know, and humans education titles based on what we currently know, and we don’t want to admit that 8000 years go we had that 8000 years of education to learn to get us to this stage of life that we are currently at, so we prefer to not admit that we have billions of years of learning before us so obviously we cannot, do not, and are not, capable of understanding all that has been, all that is here right now in the universes, and we cannot possibly have any clue of the future even 5 seconds ahead of this moment because anything could happen on earth, in your life, or in the universes and planet beyond where we are.
The question of where did God come from is simply beyond what we adhere to as rational thought, we simply are not capable at this stage of our growth and change to understand who, what and how God is and came to being. Its like explaining to a “expert” in some educational field that he or she is wrong, they will simply be blind to the facts before than and as they are on a lower level of understanding the light before them is foggy simply because they are not able to comprehend what they cannot visualise or see.
Anyone who looks at you and states that God does not exist is doing such from a position of limited life experiences, prejudices, vanity, pride, ego and an extreme limited knowledge and little wisdom of all that is, was, and will be.
What we do know, what the enlightened know, is that God has been here long before humans, long before the planet was formed or the universes, and we do not have the current capability to understand who and what God is, but since we are made in the image of God we can them assume that God’s character is the good within us, the mentally clean, decent, oral, good, and Satan, evil, is the opposite, the thoughts of greed, cruelty, manipulation, Narcissistic, and so on.
Humans that do evil want to either believe that God (who’s character is the opposite of their own characters) does not exist or that God is a form of evil (It was God’s will that the Earthquake happened, an act of God etc).
People all want to believe that they are good, that they are decent, that all the evils that they do are needed, and are for a good reason in the long run, so lets not focus on the evil that we do today as it is important that it be done even though it is unpleasant (wars etc), but they must be done and we are the good decent souls doing the (killing, slaughtering, narcissist behaviours and so on) for the good of all, when in reality it is about their evil actions and evil thinking being justified in their own minds to make them feel good, decent and worthy human beings while hurting others and taking people in as victims.
Your good character is your image of God and your bad behaviours are an image of evil, it is you who chooses which you will embrace and follow, do and be, and what you think of what you are is irrelevant to what you will get in the long run.
God is here, always has been, and is always available should you ever want to turn from evil and become good.
