Housewife

The purpose of housework is to help keep the family home tidy and clean.

A well organised home is a home where anything can be found within a short-reasonable time. A house-wife is a person of great importance. Try having a home without somebody doing the housework and you will see how much the housewife is needed. A male can be a housewife or housekeeper if he has to be.

But the lot of the housewife is not a life of doom and gloom as it has so often been presented in recent times. Somebody told women that the lot of the housewife is gloomy, boring and of no particular purpose. At least the woman will feel that she is not adding anything of importance to the world at large.

Getting up day after day and doing the same things often can seem to be boring. But life is what you make of it to some degree. You need to find ways to fill your life will interest. After the usual chores are done there is room for many opportunities. Lots of fun and happiness can be had – if your attitude is right.

History has shown that the housework is done by the woman of the home. Why? The woman fits neatly into the position. Mainly this is due to her having the natural abilities to deal with issues that come up in the home. A man can do the same things, but a woman fits into the role more naturally.
