Tip: For gluing wood to walls such as for display or trim work some people have used caulking instead of adhesive and from what I have been told it works. So if you have run out of glue and can’t get any, try caulking, and you can also use it to fill in the gaps 🙂
Tip: If you have joined wood ends and there is a small gap, if you added glue to the join and you sand it, the glue and sawdust mix and fill the gap and it looks good after it is painted.
Tip: You can mix some sawdust and glue to fill in holes in your jobs, and after it hardens you can sand it down and paint over it and no one will know that there was a hole there or a gap where two lengths of wood join.
