Flowers of the Heart

A Simple but Fun Paper Plane.

First grab yourself a sheet of paper. I am using an A4 sheet.

Fold the paper in half lengthways.
Now fold one end down like this.
Now we are making the first wing,
and we fold it like this.
Now do the same for the other side repeating Steps 1 to 3.
Turn the Paper Plane over.

When the basic plane is made what I do is tape it all together so that it won’t come apart all the time and this also helps with the aerodynamics of the plane surfaces.

What you can do at this stage is press down the creases firmly. You can use the ruler for this and slide the edge of the ruler across the crease causing it to press down firmly.

Sometimes I would add a small bit of blue tack to the front tip to give it weight to fly harder.

You can turn up the wing tips to get more height.

Some people fold the wings or fuselage in half making it smaller.

You can paint, colour your paper plane for a more personal look. Enjoy. More to come.

All the best from
