Flowers of the Heart

A proverb is a simple, concrete, traditional saying that expresses a perceived truth based on common sense or experience. - Wikipedia.

Necessity is the mother of invention - Plato said, “our need will be the real creator”.

When we have a need, we will find a way, or we will invent it.

"When the need for something becomes imperative, you are forced to find ways of getting or achieving it”.

If you really need to do something, then you will find a way of doing it”.

As you sow, so shall you reap.

Means what kind of seeds you sow into the ground you will get as a finished product. Sow carrot seeds into the ground and you get carrots at harvest time.

You can’t get tomatoes when you only sow only carrot seeds. What you sow is what will grow and what you will harvest.

For whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

This is basically in some form in all religions and in general writings as advice that tells us that what we do will return back to in some way to us in the same manner.
For instance if you do good to others most of the time a lot of good will come to you.

If you do bad to others then bad will in some manner be returned to you during your life. It may not be immediate, but it will happen.

As you sow you shall reap.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease:

Means that the noise of the squeaky wheel gets the attention of the driver and the driver gets it greased to stop the noise and to limit any damage that comes from the steel on steel contact that caused the squeaky noises.

Also meaning that the person who makes the most noise at a meeting, or someone who complains about something will be noticed and listened to and the change they want can be made, but not so if you make no noise, don’t complain, don’t say anything to make the world a better place.
