How to Stop A Mat From Slipping Part 2

I decided to try another way of DIY trying to stop a mat slipping and a glue gun is possibly an answer, at least for some mats, maybe smaller ones or even big mats if used in the corners. I have not used my glue gun for years. But it seems a possibility that it may help.

There are industrial strength Glue Guns which may be a better thing to try I am just using my home one that is used for crafts etc.

As you can see I worked on the corners with a few rows and I will see over the next few days itf this idea works. I put it on a heavy bathroom mat that sits on big tiles. Its an idea you may wish to try yourself.
