Writing Down Thoughts/Ideas.

One thing that can help us remember ideas and to see what we think about is to carry a pen and notebook (or cell phone) around with us as we go about our day.

We can write down any thoughts that come to mind, even the strange ones. By the way, at the end of the week the strange thought that you had at the beginning of the week could be the best thought that you had in your life at the end of the week, things look different in a different light and we see them much more clearly, especially with time.

🙂

In doing so we can look back on these notes at the end of the week and see what ideas and thoughts are important to us, and if there are any good ideas we can use in the near future.

If we have a notebook by our bed when we get ideas at night we can write them down and then look at them when we wake up - many people get some wonderful ideas at night, I do.

These notes are not for anyone else to read, so keep them on you all the time and keep them private - this is about you, not ideas or other people's opinions of how you think.

The mind is amazing and can come up with ideas all day, and those ideas and thoughts can be easily lost because we forget so quickly because we have much to do.

Writing them down is a great way to help us remember these all important thoughts.
