People pressuring us can have us doing things that we are not wanting to do or are not comfortable with.

People may try to tell us that we should have done this or that by a certain age, but we don’t need to.

I learned when home schooling my children that the school system wanted me to have them doing certain things by a certain age and I realized that they will learn in their own time, when they are ready, not when pressured. Pressuring them makes them stress and struggle.

It is the same with life. People may demand that you do this and that but you don’t have to.

I know women in their 30’s and above who are still virgins and they are very happy with that.
Some women have written to me and asked if it was weird that they had not had sex and they are 35 and I say of course not. They say that they don’t want to and are waiting for the right one. I say to them that when they are ready is fine.

Your life journey is yours, take your time, don’t let yourself or others rush yourself into things that you are not comfortable with doing just yet.

You have plenty of time.
