SWIFT is a United Kingdom Brand and all our 40V battery tools are UK designed and engineered. Their garden equipment is powered by a 40 volt battery that offers plenty of power and punch.

I have been using the grass trimmer for about a year and it is plenty powerful, especially when fully charged.

In the UK they have chainsaws, lawn mowers of two types, hedge trimmers, etc and all powered by the one battery.

What I like about this product was that I was tired of 4 stroke trimmers and all the hassle that comes with them. I took the risk and brought this grass trimmer and have been surprised with its power and how well it cuts through grass and weeds on the back yard.

The only downside is that the plastic trimmer blades that come with this trimmer don’t seem to be found anywhere in my country, New Zealand, so II have to resort to the more cheap blades that come off from time to time before theya re worn out.

The blades that come with this trimmer are blue and strong, thick and do a really good job.

The cheap ones on the market are the small thin red ones, obviously not designed to stay on the machine so that you have to keep buying them.

Hopefully in the near future we will be able to buiy the stronger blades here in New Zealand.

Other than that I have found this to be a worthy grass trimmer for the home. Lots of power and very useful.
